Huset ligger helt usjenert, ca 500 meter over havet, med vinmarker på alle sider og en egen liten vinmark med Dolcetto-druer. Det er oppvarmet basseng med fantastisk utsikt (infinity pool) og en stor og deilig hage med flere sitteområder.
