Located in calm and quiet Ventnor and only a 5 min drive to all Phillip Island has to offer. Perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids) as well as furry friends with a fully fenced back yard to keep them safe. We have games, movies and Apple TV. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs.
