It features an energy-efficient heat pump system for year-round comfort. Inside, there are three en-suite bedrooms: one on the ground floor for 2 people and two upstairs that can each accommodate 4. Shared spaces include a kitchen and a dining/living room, plus an arched terrace with picturesque views. The cellar hosts a cozy wine parlor for tasting local wines.

The villa is located in the heart of the holiday area, a few minutes walk from the beach, city center, restaurants, entertainment venues. The house is a perfect place for groups of friends or families to relax or vacation. 2-3 families can be comfortably accommodated, max. capacity 13 people. Parking in front of the house free of charge. There are two other apartments on the same property, the garden is common.

There is a TV, a big cozy couch and an adjacent kitchen with a dining table. Outside, there is a generous roofed terrace. In the garden, there is a barbecue with a wok available.

Relax at our summer house in the original Káptalanfüred forest area in Balatonalmádi. Perched on a hill, the house offers stunning views of the surrounding nature and partial lake view. Parking is free in the whole town, you can drive to any of the beaches or walk to the nearest Káptalanfüred big and small beach in 15 minutes if prefer a quieter side of the summer.

There is a covered terrace in the garden so you do not have to make compromises if you want to stay out also in case of rainy days. Our family loved the warm summers in Villa Pole, all of the family together, preparing lunches and diners, swimming, reading, making campfires. Exploring new beaches by bike, challenging one another in (table) tennis... we spend lovely times there!
