The promenade can be reached with a 2-minute walk and the beach in 8 minutes. A háztól mindössze 100m-re van a Balaton! A Szárcsa utcában található egy saját palló, amit az utcában lévő másik 4 ház használ, ezen keresztül lehet megközelíteni a vizet. Maga az utca zsákutca, így nincs átmenő forgalom, csendes, békés. A szabadstrand is 5-7 percre van gyalog, így kényelmesen megközelíthető bármikor. Bevásárlási lehetőség (Aldi) 10 perc sétával közelíthető meg. A Házikó kényelmes 6+2 fő számára: 2 háló+ 1 ajtóval elszeparálható nappali.

This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.
