Folly Road/RAF Mildenhall viewing area 5 minutes walk. Offroad parking. I am on the edge of the industrial estate, love the location as being noise sensitive strangely I find it quiet. We are surrounded by lovely countryside but also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford which has lots of pubs and restaurants the Lodges, our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country, you may fish the lake or swim in it

Shepard’s Hut in Small Orchard

This is a stand alone unit totally self contained with shower and toilet. Unlike garden rooms this unit has wheels and a tow bar. The (should I say) Shepherdess Hut as it was used by a small holder during lambing to be close to her flock. Not suitable for long stays. More details below in The Space. Our small orchard has 2 x cherry, plum, 3 x pear, 2 x apple, greengage, apricot, mulberry, medlar and olive. We also have two 2 x raspberry, loganberry, Japanese wine berry and our own hops

Welcome to our cosy glamorous shepherd’s hut, set in a truly magical location where the woods meet the reeds. Enjoy the wonderful combination of riverside wilderness, farm animals and comfortable outdoors accommodation which is only ten minutes walk to Woodbridge with all the buzz of a lively Suffolk market town. Tucked away from the bustle of nearby amenities, the stylish Annexe offers guests a calm place to relax, yet with everything you might want to do within easy reach. Walking distance to Braintree Village; 20 minutes by car to Stansted airport, Chelmsford and Colchester and an hour to the Essex coast.

Cosy house close to Christchurch park and Town

A spacious 3 bed terraced house in a quiet residential street ten minutes from Christchurch park and fifteen minutes from Ipswich town centre. As is normal nowadays, the house has unlimited wi-fi and all you would expect in a modern house. Tea, Coffee, Sugar is always provided. We live just round the corner, please if anything in regards to cleaning or other problems are seen of concern please let me know as soon as possible and we’ll resolve things immediately.

Arts House in the centre of Harwich Harbour

The Arts House is a Grade 2 listed, two-bedroom, townhouse with a private, walled, courtyard garden. Only a skip, hop and a jump from the train station and with free parking on the street, it s easy to get here by car or public transport. The house has been recently redecorated and furnished with a mixture of vintage and modern. Please be aware that it is an old house and some of the floors are a little uneven.
