The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Cowshed is the perfect boutique style cosy rural retreat set within the Suffolk Countryside. A self-contained single story 2 bed conversion set within a courtyard but offering privacy and your own garden. Contemporary and stylish with luxury amenities. Suitable for a couple who want to get away from it or two friends (having a room each) or a family with younger children. We are dog friendly too and the garden is fully fenced. Please note we only allow 2 adults per booking and not 4.

The Old Stables

On the Suffolk Essex border surrounded by fields, trees, and plenty of wildlife lies our old late 18th century stable building. Just 5 minutes off the A12 and you are in a different world. We live in the thatched Farm Cottage, the oldest part dating back to the 15th century and the stable is situated at the end of the drive. Excellent location for cycling (on the National Cycle Route 1), or visiting Jimmys Farm just 4.9 miles up the road. Walking is a must or just relax and unwind!

Relax and unwind in this rural idyll - a perfect base for exploring Suffolk.

A private, peaceful and romantic self catering holiday annex in the beautiful Suffolk countryside. A 17th Century converted barn with historical features inc. vaulted ceilings and oak beams. The Stable at Mullion Barn is quietly positioned in the picturesque village of Hessett on the edge of beautiful Bury St Edmunds. A one-bedroom, secluded ground floor property, ideal for a getaway for couples or small families. An EV charger is available for use at an extra charge.

The Hayloft - Barn Conversion in Lovely Rural Area

The Hayloft is a light, spacious, open-plan, self catering unit for two. A romantic countryside retreat within part of Deepwell Barn, a converted grade II listed thatched building. Lovely walks, bike rides and pubs nearby. Close to Lavenham, Bury St Edmunds and picturesque local villages. As well as a private enclosed garden, guests have use of the larger garden, with fire pit, hammock and BBQ, a lovely setting in which to unwind and enjoy the countryside.

The Coach House

A beautifully renovated self-contained coach house set in the grounds of Pound Hall, enjoying stunning views of Melford Hall and the beautiful countryside. Sleeping 4 in 2 bedrooms, with a sofa bed, ideal for a child in the sitting area. The Coach House offers luxury accommodation with a private garden opening onto fields and is a 5 minute walk from Holy Trinity Church and the village. The owners live on site and are on hand to accommodate requests.

Cosy barn in beautiful rural setting

Bradleys Barn is a converted stable situated on the farm which has been in our family for 120 years. It’s last inhabitants were Dapper, a Clydesdale and Prince, a Suffolk Punch, in the 1940s. We hope you enjoy your stay here and please explore our woodland walks looking out for buzzards, deer, brown hares and kites. We are located on the Essex Way as you will see on the map in the hallway. This is very good for walking and mountain biking.
