I will welcome you in the port of Desenzano where we'll familiarize with the "Annamarie", a comfortable boat equipped with bathroom and kitchen and extremely safe. After a short briefing we will sail to Sirmione to visit the castle, the springs of sulphurous water and the ancient Grotte of Catullo, here we will stop near the beach called Jamaica Beach for transparency of its water. We will drop anchor to enjoy the beach and organize lunch (or the aperitif for the half-day experience -4 hours) on the boat with typical local products Here you can sunbathe, take spectacular photos and refreshing baths! for guests there are snorkeling equipment, sup and dinghy. I’ll be leading you step by step from the very beginning so that you'll be able to discover and taste all the ingredients needed. You will master the skills to make the traditional pasta Carbonara everywhere, at anytime. We’ll make the Spaghetti from scratch! At the end of our cooking experience we'll enjoy our Carbonara together with a good glass of local Italian wine or some prosecco.

We'll start with a unforgettable walk in the vineyard, telling the family history of our winery and estate. We'll see the old traditional drying room where the grapes are air dried using Appassimento, a technique for which Amarone is known around the world, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar for vinification and refinement. I explain you how we make our Great Red Wines. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our three fine wines, learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll see the old traditional secret room where we collect the oil, followed by a visit to the authentical ancien cellar. I explain you how we make our EVO oil and how to understand the oil italian label. The experience finishes with a tasting togheter of a selection of our new oil and taste the difference of others italian oils (Liguria, Toscana and Puglia), learning the evaluation by sight, smell, and taste. We'll enjoy the organic oil with bread, local cheese called Monte Veronese, fresh and aged and local cured meats of Valpolicella, Soppressa. Guidero' i miei ospiti in un tour in E-bike e assieme toccheremo località dell'entroterra veronese del lago di Garda durante il quale ci fermeremo per una visita con degustazione presso una storica e rinomata cantina della zona di Bardolino. Per il mio tour ho scelto di fare utilizzare ai miei ospiti l'E-bike in quanto mezzo ecologico che offre a tutti la possibilità di gustare i paesaggi che l'entroterra offre, in modo piacevole e con poca fatica. Io sono Massimo, sono accompagnatore qualificato con esperienza e tanta passione. Vi accompagnerò su strade secondarie e ciclabili in tutta sicurezza rispettando il vostro grado di preparazione atletica e i vostri ritmi. Il prezzo comprende E-trekking bike con casco, tour guidato e visita con degustazione di tre vini in cantina. Si partirà da piazzale Aldo Moro, sede della stazione bus di Bardolino, agevolando gli ospiti che pur non avendo un mezzo proprio con cui spostarsi, vogliono raggiungere questa località anche da zone vicine. From the meeting point we will drive shortly to the parking place; then we will reach the via ferrata by a walking approach.
