On crystal clear Lake Winona. Must be willing to put up with loon serenades, as they're frequent, otherwise, it's a pretty serene, quiet place. Hiking, kayaking, swimming, ice skating, cross country skiing from back door. Ski resorts 18 & 28 miles away. Night life resort towns 6 miles away. I live in this house and my neighbors are my friends, so no loud, throbbing music out on the deck or loud yelling, screaming, cursing. (You can curse under your breath all you want).

Loon, Waterville, Gunstock, etc.

Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. Covered front porch with seating. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Dogs love this place!

This is a new guest house set on the edge of the woods with beautiful light, privacy, peace and quiet. There is a small beach for use by Center Harbor residents and guests on Squam Lake, a 10 minute walk away. With a secluded back porch, wood burning stove for winter use only (wood provided), fire pit and a lawn out front, this is an amazing place to get away and relax
