The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Sunset Lodge - near the river and steam railway.

Sunset lodge is the perfect retreat for luxury relaxation. There are many lovely walks, including the river walk to Bodiam castle. There are many eateries within walking distance and Rye, Tenterden, Camber and Hastings all a short car journey away. We are located on the edge of a small family camping park - Rother valley park- which is a family run, chilled and quiet place to be. The views and sunsets are stunning. Enjoy a drink on the balcony whilst watching the sun go down 🙂

Located on our small organic farm in the heart of the Kent Downs AONB overlooking the natural lake. It has a private hot tub that you can step in from the decking and relax in with a cool drink whilst watching the sunset over the fields. It has a cosy Log burner, Hot running water, Gas Hob, Fridge and private heated shower room (20 paces away). Rose Shepherds Hut sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 children. Kent's castles, beaches and attractions are no more than 30 minutes away by car.

Alba Lodge is a light, airy, double height space, designed with sustainability in mind. Drift off to sleep in the king size bed and freshen up in the large walk in shower. The kitchen is a reclaimed carpenter's bench equipped with all the essentials. The sauna and cold plunge is £30 per couple, per session.
