The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Als Gartenhaus, eingebettet zwischen Palmen und Feigenbäumen, ist das „Kleine Paradies“, ein echtes Hideaway für Verliebte (Adults only). Durch die großen Panaromafenster ist man hier vollständig von der Natur umgeben und doch für sich allein. Sogar vom Bad aus kann man in einen separaten Garten treten und durch die Oberlichter leuchten nachts die Sterne.

Private double room with ensuite bathroom. Located in Costa Teguise, this beautiful house has an excellent location very close to the beach and sea promenade. You can go walking to all beaches, restaurants and shops of Costa Teguise in no more than 10 minutes. There is free parking in our house street and a bus stop at only 2 minutes walking.
