When you leave the garden you are in the middle of a lively neighbourhood were you can find everything you need. In walking distance or with the bike or tram you can reach every place you wanna visit easily. The best of both worlds thats how we live and you can enjoy this to! The house has WiFi but its not stable enough for remote working purpose.
