Southern Breeze Cabin

Southern Breeze is a cozy wooden cabin located on Island Ada Bojana. The island is at the delta of the Bojana river where it meets Adriatic sea. The cabin was built with a connection to nature for nature lovers to enjoy an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city life. Relax by the water and enjoy the beautiful scenery Bojana River has to offer. You can spend your days swimming and sunbathing on the lovely terrace (24 m2). Fishing rods available if you would like to catch your own lunch:)

An einem der schönsten Fleckchen Europas steht das 2024 erbaute Holzhaus, auf der weitgehend naturbelassenen Insel Ada Bojana. Direkt auf den Fluss gebaut, in Sicht-, Schwimm- und Laufweite zum Meer. Das Doppelhaus ist vollisoliert und aus möglichst nachhaltigen Baustoffen gebaut und eingerichtet. Es gibt Klimaanlagen, Infrarotheizungen und einen Holzofen. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet und mit Markengeräten ausgestattet, so dass das Haus ganzjährig komfortabel bewohnt werden kann.

SANA Olive Cabin

Peaceful environment surrounded with a lot of 60 year old olive trees in the middle of the city close to all services you need. This is a new cabin finished in March 2022. It can accomodate 2 to 4 persons. All at your fingertips: Long beach 1.5 km, the best spot for birdwatching in the Salina which is located near is 5.5 km away, market 5 min walking, restaurants 5-10 min walking. Your perfect getaway vacation just waiting for you in our cabin, nothing like immersing yourself in nature.

Old fisherman`s cottage - wild beauty experience

Dear guests, Old fisherman's cottage is placed in the middle of peaceful and heartwarming environment with picturesque sunsets. It is located at the shore of river Bojana with access to the main road that leads to river delta and long beach. Even though we are surrounded by luxury houses, we kept the unique appearance of an old fisherman's cottage. Salty Village

Our Salty Cabin lies in the village of Zoganje (Zogaj), surrounded by an olive grove counting over three hundred trees. Located nearby are Salina salt pans, a salt factory-turned-bird park where both silence and sounds of nature such as birds chirp and frog “ribbit” can be experienced and enjoyed. Location is perfect for enjoying birdwatching and getting to know around half of the European bird species. Out of 500 species, around 250 can be seen flying over, or around, the Salty Cabin.

Apartment Tatjana

Apartment Tatjana is seafront accommodation with a private infinity pool situated in precious natural environment. In peaceful place Utjeha, between Bar and Ulcinj, one hour driving distance from Podgorica and Tivat Airport, it has a fantastic garden where you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The garden has a path that goes down to the private and public beach where you can use kayak and SUP board free of charge. It is fully equipped for perfect family stay and relaxation.

Sunset House 2

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Congo river house - Chalet in Ulcinj (Ada Bojana)

The newly build river chalet Congo offers a unique enchanting view of the river Bojana and the delta towards the Adriatic sea from the large shaded terrace, loggia, and every bedroom. Sojenica se nalazi na rijeci, opremljena je kuhinjom, kupatilom, terasom sa koje se može uživati u pogledu na ušće rijeke Bojane koja se uliva u Jadransko more, praviti roštilj, sunčati se. Nalazi se u blizini jednog od najboljih ribljih restorana "kod Miška". Na 500 metara udaljenosti je pješčana plaža ,na kojoj postoji mogućnost kite surfinga ,jedrenja. Preko puta je nudističko naselje Ada.

Welcome to RAOS Cottage – a unique wooden retreat surrounded by greenery and peaceful groves. Enjoy morning coffee or sunsets on the terrace with stunning views. Just a short drive from Ulcinj Old Town and Velika Plaža (Long beach), it's a hidden gem for nature lovers. Seasonal private pool available June–September, daily from 08:00 to 22:00.

Gecko - River House

This thoughtfully designed cabin is ideal for a family vacation for up to 6 people. It has a large terrace over the Bojana river which is a perfect resting place, lounge, dining space or whatever you can imagine. Inside the cabin you will find a spacious living room with kitchen, above which are two bedrooms in the loft.

Baraka

Bungalow placed directly on riverbank, featuring full size kitchen, bathroom, terrace above water where you can sunbath, grilling place and beautiful view on whole right side of river Bojana to point where it merges to sea. Really close to all of the restaurants in area. Beach is 500 meters away just down the road.
