Gwarcwm Farm Crog Loft Hot Tub and Riverside Sauna

A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.

Located by the river Teifi, the house has beautiful views of the river from either the house, the riverside decking, or the large terrace by the house. Ffyllon Fawr is a south facing farmhouse built in approx 1890 and has been sympathetically renovated and modernised recently. The farmhouse is in an elevated position and overlooks the farmyard and the beautiful open countryside. To one side is a level patio area with a picnic table and bench leading onto a sloping lawn area. At present the land is grazed by sheep and wildlife is also in abundance, badgers, rabbits, wild birds to include red kites, buzzards, ducks and wild geese.

Cilborth is ideally situated in the centre of Newquay with fantastic far reaching views of the sea in front with dolphins often spotted. Situated metres away from the popular Ceredigion Coastal Path. With private parking, WiFi,a large outdoor space suitable for barbecues etc and recent renovation makes Cilborth a beautiful place to stay. There are many seasonal activities to enjoy ranging from horse riding to boat trips.

This is an old stone cow barn recently (Sept 2014) converted into holiday accommodation for 6. Please note we do not allow pets at the property. We have been Airbnb bed and breakfast hosts since 2009 in our adjoining farmhouse. It is in a lovely, quiet location near the coastal path and beaches.
