Ruhe, Privatsphäre und eine atemberaubende Bergkulisse erwarten Sie an diesem Wohlfühlort. Bauweise, Alter und Geschichte machen seine besondere Ausstrahlung aus. Das ganze Haus ist gepflegt, aber alt. Das Alter macht den Charme aus, bringt aber auch hier einen Kratzer, dort ein Stäubchen, etwas blätternde Farbe und wiederkehrende Spinnweben mit sich. Das Haus wurde im Frühling 2021 massiv renoviert und mit einer Solaranlage ausgestattet. Das Haus ist ideal für Familientreffen oder mit Freunden.

Ideal für Familien mit Kindern.Das Ferienhaus liegt im schönen Ägerital in in der Nähe von vielen Wander- und Mountain-Bike-Möglichkeiten (Zugerberg, Wildspitz). Sehr schöne Aussicht. Zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der Zentralschweiz: Sattel-Hochstuckli, Mythenregion, Luzern, Pilatus, Engelberg/Titlis, Vierwaldstättersee, Baden im Ägerisee, Zürich. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der unvergleichlichen Lage, dem charmanten, rustikalen Innenausbau. Neue Küche und Teilrenovation (2018).

Grosse Spielwiese, Aussichtsterasse (Pergola), Feuerring / Grill. Im Haus ist eine selbständige 2 Zimmer-Einlegerwohnung mit separatem Zugang. Die Zufahrtsstrasse zum Haus ist eine schmale Privatstrasse mit Ausweichbuchten. Winter: bei Schnee ist ein 4WD erforderlich! Leider keine Haustiere möglich, da ich starker Allergiker bin.
