A newly renovated 1960's 3-storey townhouse located few footsteps away from Marsaxlokk promenade. One can also reach the stunning St Peter's Pool in 15 minutes walk. The house boasts an amazing roof terrace overlooking the picturesque seafront where you can unwind with a bottle of wine. It is self-catering and sleeps up to a max of 3 adults. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, spiral stairs, bedroom with ensuite, spare toilet, living room and everything you may need to make you feel at home.

The building formerly housed one of Malta's first photography studios in the mid 19th century and is beaming with history, natural light, grand features and timeless interior design. The property commands stunning views of the Santa Margerita Church and the scenic gardens, bastion walls and skyline of the 'Three Cities'.

This unique house has a style of its own. Ta Rozamari is a 2 bedroom house of character with lots of original features and a central courtyard with a private pool. A stone staircase leads to a sunny roof terrace with a 6 seater hot tub, bbq, dining area and sunbeds. Both bedrooms have an ensuite shower room and airconditioning. A fully equipped and airconditioned kitchen leads to the sitting room. An extra shower room next to the pool. All rooms are well lit as they lead to the courtyard.

Jasmine Suite

Jasmine Studio is a 1st floor studio room of our family guest house. It has an independent entrance (shared with one other guest room) up one flight of stairs from the garden and pool. We are close to Balluta Bay and all the restaurants and night life of St Julian's. You can run, walk and swim from the 5km coastal promenade. The whole island can be accessed with local bus links or a hire car to explore the northern beaches and cliff walks. You'll enjoy your stay in Malta, summer or winter!
