This restored vintage cottage is WALKING distance to historic downtown Grass Valley and all local landmarks. Enjoy a comfy pillow-top queen bed, private garden space for relaxing, and the quiet neighborhood that's perfect for a stroll. Disclaimer! Repairs are in progress on the main house adjacent to the Cottage after a large tree fell on the property. Weekdays during good weather our 2 guys will be working and may enter the yard. High Street Guesthouse

Our studio apartment has its own entrance and is separate from our home. You will enjoy a comfy queen bed and table/chairs for 2 with strong Wi-Fi in the studio, our SmartTV that will let you watch most popular streaming apps that you have an account with as well as the many free streaming apps that we have on the TV. We’re ½ block off Main St and three blocks from Grass Valley's vibrant downtown. We dislike so-called 'cleaning fees' when we travel so we don't charge them.

The Family Equine-Cottage, horse accommodations

An 800+/- sq ft cottage with vaulted ceilings, 1 bed/ 1 bath (walk in shower). Full kitchen, Roku, TV, WiFi, back up generator, queen sleep number bed, adjustable head/foot base. Twin roll away bed available upon request (additional fee). Using the couches as a bed is not permitted and a fee will be assessed. Separate, dedicated fenced yard. All guests must be registered to be on property. No smoking. No parties, nor guests of guests, without prior approval of host.

Getaway Under the Trees, cottage in downtown GV

Nestled under the canopy of the majestic redwoods, this tranquil and private sanctuary is just a stroll away from an array of restaurants, art galleries, shops, and wine-tasting venues. Large Guest Bungalow - your own foothills retreat

This spacious bungalow evokes a remote retreat while only two miles from downtown Nevada City. Situated within a one-acre manicured garden, it features a sleeping area with a comfy queen bed to one side and a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and smart TV to the other side, all below a high ceiling with four skylights. A great jumping off point to explore the Gold Country or to cocoon in the Sierra foothills.

Cottage Pool House, Large Balcony, Separate Unit

With a separate entrance providing a comfortable level of social distancing, you can enjoy this really beautiful place that is free from city noises and secure. Resort like pool house, nicely finished. Perfect for a couple or a family with younger children. Amenities include pool, spa, sand volleyball, barbecues, fire pit, farm animals, eggs and garden vegetables when producing.

Cozy cabin-like studio above freestanding garage

This studio apartment is set in a quiet neighborhood within a few minutes drive from downtown Nevada City, the scenic Yuba River, and Scott's Flat Lake. It is also close to some of California's best mountain bike trails. It is very private with beautiful scenery and a park-like area in the front.
