ACSTA winner 2019 best self catering accommodation. Thistle award finalist 2020. Award of Excellence - "Cottage Accommodation of the Year 2017 ", Living in the Shires Magazine. My place is located directly on the seashore with spectacular views and is walking distance to the village convenience store. It has a large, secure, shorefront garden, great for families with kids, solo adventurers and business travelers. It can sleep 4 people but ideally suited for couples. Quiet and peaceful.

Idyllic Bothy with log burning stove

An idyllic 200 year old Bothy located in the North-East of Scotland, some say similar to the cottage from the movie "The Holiday". Situated in a quiet and secluded area of Pitmedden, known as Old Seaton Village. We can provide shuttle services to nearby popular amenities - prior notice required. Well behaved dogs are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. Dogs must be kept on a lead within the property grounds and surrounding area and must not be left unattended in the bothy.

This light, bright and airy first floor flat situated in a central location is the perfect base to explore the delights of the busy market town of Inverurie, as well as further afield. It is just 5 minutes walk to the train station, supermarket and other local amenities. The flat has charming traditional features throughout but is fully modernised, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hosts will be on hand during your stay and happy to share their knowledge of the local area if required!

The Den

The Den is a stunning stone built 1 bedroom cottage finished and furnished to the highest standard offering a very comfortable stay for our guests. Set in a quiet rural location and within easy reach of Aberdeenshire’s many attractions makes it the perfect location for your getaway. The open plan kitchen / diner has a fully fitted modern kitchen. A full size single bed can also be added to the large bedroom to accommodate 3 guests. There is outside seating and patio area.

Comfortable, dog-friendly steading conversion

Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

We hope you will enjoy the space in this detached historic cottage. You have exclusive access* to the property via your own private front garden which catches the sun throughout the morning. On the ground floor the cottage has a spacious kitchen/dining room ideal for family dining and a separate living room with wood burning stove. Spacious ground floor flat with private entrance and self check in. The Macdonalds woods are right outside the front door providing gorgeous views. A 2 minutes drive to Ellon centre or take a lovely short walk through the woods. Family friendly, we provide a huge selection of products for travelling with kids, travel cot etc. Ten minutes walk to BrewDog. Lock box is right at the door with the keys, the code will be sent the day before check in.

Tern Cabin is a lovely wooden building with all amenities required for a short term holiday. Situated in the coastal village on Newburgh, Aberdeenshire only a short walk from the beach which teems with wildlife. People come from far and wide to see the seal colony, there's always something happening including the seasonal visitors from which the cabin is named.
