We offer a quiet, peaceful, and tranquil location on very prestigious Shore Road a mile from the Cliff House. Incredible shopping in quaint shops in several beautiful coastal towns and the Kittery Outlets are close by. Walk to a private beach, very beautiful and secluded, with the most beautiful rocks imaginable including many heart shaped ones.

Get away from the stress and enjoy this lake front lower unit apartment tucked in a serene nature environment. A short bike ride ride to Short Sand, Long Sands beaches and the Nubble light House. Cape Neddick has it all: coastal cliffs, a sandy beach, a scenic river, hiking trails, and fine dining.

Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.
