Condominium has lakeside sauna and hot tub, booked with a separate fee. It is also possible to dip in the lake throughout the year.

Cleaning and linen not included, can be ordered separately. No pets. Exchange day is Saturday, exceptions possible outside high season.

Chalet 4 B

A Ski-in&out apartment completed in 2023 with two bedrooms and easy access to the ski tracks and slopes, hiking and cycling trails. The apartment has modern amenities and bed linen and towels are included. Both bedrooms have a double bed and plenty of closet space, a private sauna that heats up quickly, a private ski storage room, and a bike storage and ski maintenance room in the building. Kolari railway station and Kittilä airport approx. 40 km away, with bus/taxi connections. Welcome❄️✨

Vanha-Seppälä

Vuonna 1965 rakennettu talo (3 huonetta, keittiö, sauna, wc) sijaitsee Suomen Lapissa Kittilän luonnonläheisessä ja rauhallisessa Kaukosen kylässä. Kaukosessa on tunnettu Särestöniemen taidemuseo. Villa Magiassa voi ihailla keramiikkaa, uniikkiasuja, koruja. Kesäkuun alussa Kaukosessa on Hiljaisuus-festivaali. Yllästuntunturin lähellä Lainiolla on Snow Village, lumikylä ja -hotelli. Matkaa kohteesta on Levitunturille 40 km (35 min), Yllästunturille 26 km ja Lumikylä Snow Villageen 20 km.

Villa Magia Sauna Cottage

Villa Magia is situated in Kaukonen village on the banks of the river Ounasjoki. Sauna Cottage as the other log buildings in the courtyard are from the late 19th century. Sauna is recently renovated to suit more modern comforts. The accommodation includes a convertible sofa, a loft bed, a fridge, a microwave oven, a water cooker, a coffee maker, plates, cups and cutlery. But there is no proper kitchen! And in the Sauna Cottage there is a Finnish sauna, of course with a shower and a toilet.

Villa Arctic Trail, Apartment B, is a stylish, new and spacious villa near the ski center Ylläs. Two bedrooms and a two-part loft offer peaceful sleeping for eight. The cabin provides comfortable accommodation spaces and a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals after long days. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one of which has separable beds. Upstairs there's a large bunk beds, WC and a fold-out futon sofa for an extra bed. The sauna is located in a separate outdoor building, accessed through a glazed terrace. An outdoor fireplace is also situated on the terrace, where you can enjoy even the chilliest of evenings.

Villa Kaltio: cabin with traditional Finnish sauna

Lapissa Äkäslompolon kylän keskustassa sijaitseva saunallinen pieni vanhan porojen polun varrella oleva mökkimme on oiva kohde yhdelle tai kahdelle hengelle. Mökin saunassa saat nauttia perinteisen puulämmitteisen saunan löylyistä. Kaikki kylän palvelut ovat kävellen tavoitettavissa ja bussit lentokentälle tai juna-asemalle lähtevät parin sadan metrin päästä läheisen hotellin pihalta. Voit myös varata meiltä erikseen aamiaisen, joka tarjoillaan päärakennuksessa. Tervetuloa!

Villa Äkäsjoensuu

Tunnelmallinen hirsimökki Äkäsjoen rannassa. Mökin ikkunoista pääset seuraamaan virtaavaa jokea, jonne on matkaa alle 20 metriä. Voit käydä saunan jälkeen uimassa ilman, että on huolta naapureista. Tämä mökki majoittaa 7 henkeä parhaimmillaan, mutta toimii parhaiten alle kuuden hengen kera. Alakerrasta löytyy eteinen, tupakeittiö upealla takalla, sauna, pesuhuone, wc sekä makuuhuone. Yläkerrasta löytyy kaksi makuuhuonetta, joista kummastakin avautuu näkymä luontoon.

Rovankoto by HiYlläs

Rovankoto is a log cabin in the village of Ylläsjärvi, located in the peaceful Kotarova area. There is a ski slope and a snowmobile trail in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. The village shop is 3 km away and the slopes are 7 km away. Accommodation for up to 6 people is available in two bedrooms downstairs and a loft with two separate children's beds. One bedroom downstairs has a double bed and the other has a single bed that can be spread out for two people.
