Το σπίτι είναι 135τμ και αποτελείται από:4 υπνοδωμάτια,σαλόνι κουζίνα ενιαίος χώρος με τζάκι,2 μπάνια και 2 μπαλκόνια.Είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα σκεύη για να ετοιμάσετε ένα πλήρες γεύμα(κουζίνα -ψυγείο-βραστήρας-τοστιέρα).Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 8 άτομα.Σε δωμάτιο δίκλινο με μπάνιο και ψυγείο υπάρχει η δυνατότητα αυτονομίας από το υπόλοιπο σπίτι. Στο ισόγειο λειτουργεί η παραδοσιακή μας ταβέρνα «Παραλία”και σας περιμένει να δοκιμάσετε τα παραδοσιακά φαγητά της Λακωνικής γης.

Ideally located, both close to Kardamyli but also private. A remarkable guesthouse on two levels with cathedral ceilings and an exposed wood vaulted roof. With it's own entrance. Στο ισόγειο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, τον οντά και το καθιστικό με τζάκι. Στον επάνω όροφο υπάρχει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο δύο κλινών και ένα υπνοδωμάτιο τρίων κλινών με τζάκι. Ο κάθε όροφος διαθέτει δικό του μπάνιο. Σας παρέχονται όλες οι ανέσεις για να μαγειρέψετε ή να ψήσετε.
