Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. A rare find on Zürichsee! Your own private lake front cottage with outdoor sauna (additional charge) nestled amongst the reeds and nature. Bird spot, take your floats and swim in the shallow fresh water, watch sunrises, sunsets and sailboats, and relax in this mini paradise. Great for pets and families too. There is a house being built roughly 100m from the property, minor noise emissions during the week from 7-12 and 13-17 are possible. However the site is already well advanced.

20 minutes from the city center (by train) located next to the lake with use of the Sauna. free night Parking along the main road 2 minute walk to the trainstation with your own entrance to the studio. the sauna is next to your entrance and free to use, there is a Bar open till 2 am 5 min. away. and a steakhouse above it a pizzeria is next door. 2 bakery's in the village. there is a nice footpath thru the forrest along a small river where there is a grill place
