“La Casita” is a private waterfront home near Umass medical! Modern 1-2 bedroom home with a Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor and a multi use room that can be used as a 2nd bedroom with a full size futon. There is a 3 season porch with a dining nook which leads out to a big outdoor deck. There are multiple ceiling fans and water toys for renters use. No pets or smokers. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood with another home on the lot with small children so calm renters only please.

This is a wonderful place to put aside your busy life. No matter the season, our lake home is the feel of relaxation, cozy and comfort. Whatever yours is, you will have the best of all seasons here. Spring flowers popping up, summer water fun, beautiful fall foliage and winter ice-skating, just to name a few. Start the day with a warm cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the trees. Fill the rest with fun and adventures. Finish it with a campfire, s'mores and a nice glass of wine.

Welcome to the Lake! Located in peaceful Dudley MA, right off major highways (Pike / 395) you will find this retreat easily accessible and remote at the same time. My wife and I were fortunate to spend summers at the lake with our family so we decided to buy and fix this cottage up to give our kids that same beautiful experience. While called a pond, Pierpont Meadow is over a mile long and wide enough for motorized boats and safe enough to share with canoes, kayaks and sailboats.

The Camp

We are in the Tri-State area, an hour west of Boston, 25 minutes South of Worcester. Nothing beats Lake living...the sunsets, the backyard to play badminton or croquet, kayaking, canoeing, the paddle boating, SWIMMING, having a camp fire or going to the city! Your cabin OF 650sq. ft. Is next to my home and steps to our beach. WiFii, one tv with ROKU.
