Small Town Getaway with Space to Spread Out

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. We hope you enjoy both the inside and outside of our home and encourage you to spend some time in Greenbrier eating, shopping, and playing.

The private woodland retreat for two adults features a two-person jacuzzi hot tub that allows you to look over the entire lake. The treehouse has a full kitchenette with a stove top oven, microwave, dining area, Fireplace with a 65-inch smart TV. The L shape sectional couch with chaise turns into a sleeper. The private wrap around deck is huge and the views are spectacular

The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable!
