It is a 2 minute stroll down to the 'Pack'O Cards', a lovely family friendly pub with a large beer garden, great food and a public EV charger. A kebab takeaway 4 minutes walk away, and a 10 minute stroll to the beach. There's coastal walks aplenty or a 15 min drive will get you onto Exmoor National Park, stunning. Ilfracombe with Damien Hurst's Verity a short drive away.

Badger's House is a spacious four bedroom cottage with a cosy wood burning stove and French doors leading onto its own enclosed garden and patio - perfect for al fresco dining and family barbecues. The cottage combines modern contemporary furnishings with added character in the form of its log burner and beautiful exposed beam ceilings.
