Daydream on our hammock or dine alfresco taking advantage of our barbeque. On a clear night, it is easy to stargaze up through the tall trees, perhaps while toasting marshmallows fireside.

Spend some time in a classic Catskill Bungalow! Beautifully renovated and nestled in the quiet yet all-inclusive Hamlet of Hurleyville; this clean space offers a great place to rest your head and bones. In the cooler months enjoy a beverage by the fireplace or in the warmer months have one on the porch and look out at all the green there is around. The Cottage is a cozy two bedroom, year-round listing with an eat-in kitchen, living room and bathroom. In addition to two full beds there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room to accommodate up to 8 guests. There is central heat for the winter, window A/C units for the summer and a smart TV. Cottage guests have a private picnic table and charcoal grill along with access to a shared firepit.

Lidar West

Lidar West is a unique mountain home located in the woods by one of New York City's major reservoirs. The main house is a 1400 sqft 2 bed, 2 bath, ideal for families with kids, and there's a sleeping cabin with an additional queen bed, electric heater, and wood burning stove called Hemmelig Rom, which I built myself using oak milled on the property.
