The Whiskey

Originally built between the 1930's and 1950's, this is the first completed of five historical casitas that I have been remodeling since 2021. This unit is "The Whiskey" and it's filled with fun vintage western and whiskey decor. This studio has a king size bed with a new Tuft & Needle memory-foam mattress, kitchenette and fully restored vintage bathroom with tub. This is one full half of a duplex unit. Each room comes with 2 horse stalls included in the price, upon availability.

The casita offers a fenced yard, and there are horse pens available (separate reservation required). We have a full sized roping arena, round pen, easy access to miles of groomed desert trails. Located right off the pavement for easy access to Hwy 60 (Grand Ave.)

This brand new 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms vacation rental is perfect for your next stay. Dog and horse friendly. This home is located on 1 acre and the back is fenced in non-climb horse fence and 4 horse pens! Located just off of Highway 60, it is a short drive to either Surprise or Wickenburg. There are multiple arenas and golf courses nearby. No more than 4 horses allowed. All manure must be removed from the property prior to check out.
