Unsere 55 qm² große, moderne Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen und liegt zentral in Mülheim an der Mosel. Im Ort ist alles bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung besteht aus: -einem gemütlichen Wohnraum -einer voll ausgestatteten Küchenzeile. -verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen -Mikrowelle & Kühlgefrierkombi -einem großzügigen Essbereich sowie ein separates Schlafzimmer. Badezimmer Ausstattung: -Dusche/WC -Föhn -Waschmaschine. Preis ist inklusive Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. Mijn man en ik bieden aan: een ruim (90m2) appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op tuinniveau. Aan de rand van een klein dorpje in de Eifel, met vrij uitzicht over het agrarische heuvellandschap met bossen. Onderkomen is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kinderen 8 tot 12jr verblijven gratis. neem contact op voor u boekt. Rust en ruimte! Eigen parking en entree. Terras en tuin (2000m2). Honden zijn welkom. Wunderschöne Wohnung mitten im Grünen mit Aussenterrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage am Ortsrand. Haustiere haben wir ausgeschlossen aber Hunde sind erlaubt und willkommen, Die Wohnung liegt wenige Meter vom Nationalpark Hunsrück-Hochwald entfernt und sehr nahe am Erbeskopf und an Idar-Oberstein. Restaurants, eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei und Supermärkte sind von der Wohnung per Automobil schnell erreichbar.

The Wine Quarter was built in 1937 by a family of winegrowers and was thus characterized by viticulture. Later it was then inhabited by a wine merchant. 2016 we bought the house and renovated over two years. Now we hope that you enjoy and experience the Mosel wine region in Pünderich, one of the charming places at the Middle Mosel.
