Centrally located place in Chelan, this spacious three-bedroom resort suite is around 1000 square feet with one king bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds in the second bedroom, queen in third, and one queen sofa bed in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, balcony/deck, fireplace and washer/ dryer. Private sleeping area sleeps four. Guests check in through frontdesk, where they are asked a returnable deposit for any accidentals.

Riverside Avenue Retreat in Downtown Winthrop

Riverside Avenue Retreat(a legal, licensed nightly rental with a current Okanogan County health permit as required by law) is located right in the heart of downtown Winthrop, and is close to the old western boardwalk, shops and eateries. It is a complete apartment suite where you can stay for awhile. There is a King bed, a gorgeous fireplace setting, Smart TV and a comfortable Queen size sofa sleeper, and so much more. Shared parking is available behind building.

Wolf Creek Apartment

Beautiful newly built one bedroom apartment on the Wolfridge Resort. Just steps from the Methow Community Ski Trail in the winter months and close to many beautiful hiking and biking trails in the warmer months. This apartment has one bedroom with a queen bed and in the living room there is a full size sofa bed. The living room has a projector + screen for all your tv/movie streaming needs and also has a desk with a computer monitor to plug your devices in.

Wapato Point Resort - 1 Bedroom Condo New Remodel

This is a 1 bedroom condo at Lake Chelan's Wapato Point Resort. It was just completely remodeled in 2024. There is lots to do at this 116 acre resort: tennis, pickleball, biking, 7 (seasonal) outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub, miniature golf, playgrounds, basketball & shuffleboard courts, and an onsite winery. A golf course, casino and shopping are all just minutes away. I do also have other condos available, if you need to accommodate a larger group.
