There is an enclosed garden with plenty of seating. The brick-weave at the front has parking for two cars. Located just a 5/10 min walk from the sandy beach and local amenities.

This recently renovated house offers a stylish and unique space that is conveniently located within view of the stunning Norwich Cathedral and just a short walk from the famous covered market and Norwich lanes! As well as dozens of pubs, independent shops and churches (this is Norwich after all!).

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

It offers 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful double vaulted kitchen/dining room, a spacious living room with a cosy wood burner, a snug, 3 bathrooms and a W/C. The floors are natural limestone with underfloor heating throughout. Oak Barn has two outdoor seating areas, a sunny court yard and a fully enclosed lawned garden.

The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
