The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Wenn du in dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft übernachtest, hat deine Familie alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Ein Bäcker und Geschäfte sind in der Sommersaison von Montag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Wir liegen am Fuße der Gerlitzenstraße, somit ist der Gipfel leicht zu erreichen. Ein eigener Gartenbereich steht zur Verfügung, perfekt für ruhige Sommerabende oder Zeit im Garten mit der Familie. Der kostenlose Zugang zum Ossiachersee ist zu Fuß erreichbar.

Unsere Wohnung liegt zwischen Berg und See, im Herzen von Kärnten. Die Wohnung selbst (ca. 100 qm) ist in einem Stil in Richtung "Landhaus" ausgestattet und punktet im Sommer mit Kühle und im Winter mit Wärme. Der größte Teil ist der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, in dem viel Platz für gemütliches Miteinander ist. Der kleinere Teil ist aufgeteilt in drei Schlafzimmer, Bad und Toilette.
