Although, you can park your vehicle and never get in it until you leave because this location is close to everything. It features 1 King, 1 Queen bed, both equipped with comfy pillow top mattresses. Enjoy the river views from your own private patio off of the master bedroom, perfect for relaxation.

Sunny Peaceful Ocean Cottage

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.

Bay Cove Cottage A

On the Bay across from Charleston Harbor. Bright, clean, and cozy, rustic 1940s era cottage duplex, perfect for frugal travelers. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.

Tenmile Retreat - on water, pet friendly, parking

Relax in a bright 3-bedroom/2-bath, pet-friendly home on Tenmile Lakes. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Bring your boat to the beach along the shoreline. It is a private setting, with one rental next door, but minutes away from a grocery store, restaurants, dunes, hiking, and beaches. There is space for parking for two trailers with a total length (including tow vehicle) of 40’ and 45'. Don't hesitate to contact me with questions before you book.

Lighthouse Way Vacation House Rental

Our 4 bedroom, 2 .5 bath OCEAN FRONT home sits 50' above the Pacific Ocean and overlooks Cape Arago Lighthouse (decommissioned in 2006). Private stairs lead to a beautiful semi-private beach which faces Northwest, resulting in less wind. We are close to several Oregon State Parks. Golf is nearby HOUSEKEEPING IS NOT PROVIDED, you are asked to wash linens, dishes and clean the unit so it is ready for the next guest. No smoking or pets please.

A River Cottage for Every Season

The Riverview Cottage is a little slice of heaven. Unbelievable views from every window; even on a rainy day, you'll catch yourself frittering away the time staring up river, or at the surrounding coast range mountains. Truly heaven on earth. This is the place to get away from technology and reconnect with nature. The Cottage is one of three houses on the property, and can sleep up to four people.

Umpqua River cabin with dock. Swim, Fish, Relax!

This charming 2bd cabin has a rustic log interior and is set back 150 yards from the Umpqua River. Surrounded by towering tree lined hills, and always a good 10 degrees warmer than the coast, this is the perfect spot to swim, fish, and relax. A large dock provides easy access to the river in the summer months. New for 2024 we have all new flooring and a completely remodeled bathroom.
