We are located nearby Whitney Ridge Marina, Parsons Marina + Lofers Bend Park for lake activities! No lake access on property.

Lakeview with lake access. Trail to lake 75 yards from home. SUP boards & kayaks are available! 45min to Baylor. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, sunroom, screened-in recreation room, hot tub, outdoor shower, propane griddle grill, fire pit w/ furniture, 4 TVs, free Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry machine, cornhole, washers. Continuously recording security cameras located outside around property and entrances. Neighbor dogs are NOT fenced and roam onto our property.
