You have separate parking, entrance, and enough room to bring your boat! We are centrally located to amazing restaurants and only 5 minutes to Greers Ferry Lake and the Little Red River.

Legacy Park Apartment next to Harding University

One block away from Harding University’s campus in central Searcy (and the campus Starbucks), this 1BR/1BA is over the garage a Legacy Park house. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, with a private entrance off of the back. Renters have full access to the outdoor amenities including the grill, outdoor dining, and the fire pit. Perfect for visiting a student on campus, dropping off summer campers, or that prospective student visit to Harding!
