River House, a historic home built as a fishing cabin in 1923, is very functional & up to code while maintaining its original style. The upstairs dormer bedroom can sleep at least 6, with 2 bedrooms & 2 baths on the main floor. The back yard has a BBQ, picnic table, & fishing at the rear along the river. The landscape of rare & native plants is fascinating to see.

These might be shared if another home is booked. Next to Sacramento River and 1 mile from Shasta lake. Bring your boats, easy launching at Shasta lake. Have ATV's /Motorcycles we have 10,000 acres of land to ride. Our scenery is awesome. Ride bikes along the Sacramento River and enjoy!!
