Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

Come and enjoy our beautiful, comfortable and well equipped shepherds' hut located in an orchard on our smallholding in the middle of rural Devon. Dartmoor National Park, Castle Drogo, great pubs, cycling and walking are on the doorstep and our proximity to the A30 (approx 1/2 mile) means that it also makes for an easy trip to the vibrant cathedral city of Exeter, the attractive stannary town of Chagford and North & South coast beaches (in under an hour's drive). Welcome to Ivy Cottage, our beautifully renovated thatched hideaway in Devon! Set in the charming village of Ilsington, you will have everything you need for a cosy stay. Curl up with Netflix in front of the log fire, or head around the corner for a traditional ale in the old village pub. If you are feeling more adventurous, Incredible Dartmoor is on your doorstep. Drive out to see the rugged tors and the famous moorland ponies, and don't forget to stop for a traditional Devonshire cream tea!

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The Barn, West Ford Farm

The Barn is part of an historic farmstead. It was built from cob and stone in the 18th century and sits in a peaceful valley, a lovely place to get away from it all and enjoy the glorious Devon country side. It is on the edge of Dartmoor and next to the Two Moors Way. The pretty village of Drewsteignton is a couple of miles away with it's pub The Drewe Arms. The National Trust's Castle Drogo is half a mile beyond that. The Drogo Estate has beautiful walks along the River Teign
