Welcome to Sundown Palms

From Sun up until Sundown, Sundown Palms is a cute, cosy haven. With covered parking this self contained studio with a private sunny deck with barbaque and a gate to keep little ones in has a full kitchen with all the necessities you may need for your stay. With an integrated dishwasher and washing machine and separate bathroom the Studio is set apart from the main house. Enjoy the gardens and BBQ area or walk the 2 minutes to Little Manly beach and near to shops and transport

Salt and Village close to Big Manly Beach

Salt and Village is a modern, private stand alone 2 bedroomed house, with a fabulous beach and great village on your doorstep. Private garden with a sunny sea facing deck to enjoy those sundowners with a view. Nearby to Shakepeare Regional Park, Gulf Harbour, Whangaparaoa Golf Club 8 minute walk to the local beaches 2 minute walk to the village A modern, private stand alone 2 bedroomed house, with a fabulous beach and great village on your doorstep.

Upstairs apartment is a large, 2-bedroom house, with spacious living room, tv room, private bathroom and full kitchen. The apartment has its own entrance and private back deck. Right on the beach, a large, light and airy living space (160sqm upstairs house). Backed by native bush with expansive views of the beach and sea/sunrises to the front. Matakatia is a tidal inner harbour beach with safe swimming in summer, and for the brave in winter.

Only a quick walk to the beach and Manly village there is plenty to keep you occupied and a great choice of places to eat and drink. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, fishing, stand up paddling, windsurfing, sailing or just relaxing. Manly Sailing Club is across the road and hosts many regattas. The open plan studio is new and beautifully finished, located above the owners garage with a separate entrance.

Spacious and sunny self contained 1 bedroom guest suite with seperate entrance and ample parking. A 1 minute walk to the bus- stop, shopping centre, supermarket, eateries & cafes, cinema, local library. Walking distance to peninsula beaches, walking tracks, tennis court & gyms. Few minutes drive to the Marina, golf clubs & leisure centre. A short walk to Whangaparaoa School & Whangaparaoa College.

Luxury private apartment, with spectacular sea views and space to unwind and relax. Your top floor, provides 96 sq m of quality, comfort, privacy and security.
