It’s on the edge of town & a 2 minute walk to beach & shops. Its 5 minutes from Train & Bus Station. It has lift, gated, parking for one vehicle. It has Juliet balconies from the bedrooms & kitchen diner with great views & large bathroom & also ensuite shower room on main bedroom which makes it idea for families or couples. SORRY NO PETS

It is in a very quiet rural location up a private lane but within 15mins walking distance of the beautiful town and seafront of Lyme Regis. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work!
