Log Cabin/Hot Tub on Private Lake Jurassic Coast

This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

Cosy off grid Hut in Woodland with breakfast

The Shepherds hut is situated in its own woodland and is off grid. You will be able to take in the beautiful night sky and fall asleep to the tranquil sound of the stream trickling by and our owls twit twooing after a day of walking the coast line and visiting the RSPB at Arne . It has its own small log/coal burner to make it nice and cosy and there is a lovely comfy double bed to relax on. You will also hear the night time noises of our woodland friends -the foxes barking and the deer rutting

The Old Reading Room West Stafford

The Victorian Reading Room of West Stafford is of historical importance. Used before the war as a Reading Room for the villagers and estate workers, the newspapers were provided, the village shop in the late 1930s, then a workshop and a store room for the church. We have now lovingly restored, decorated and furnished this amazing building into a cosy self catering holiday retreat, "far from the madding crowd" Open plan, comfy double sofabed, wood burner, country walks and fabulous village pub.

Nestled into our working farm, this lovingly restored railway carriage is the perfect spot for a romantic stay away. The views are out of this world and all viewable from the large glass doors so you can stay tucked up in bed or on the sofa in front of the fire, with great wifi, free access to our beautiful heate pool & sauna (located in the pool house), beautiful walks both from the carriage or a short drive to the coast path, pub lunches, sunsets, fairy lights and a romantic outdoor bath

Within walking distance of a pub and with easy access to footpaths, it’s an ideal base for exploring and relaxing.

Pod 2 has a modern, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, sofa, TV and drop-down double sofa bed. You can sit in bed with a view of the sea or chill on the deck with a glass of wine on a sunny evening. A beautiful Lodge set in 7.5 acres with its own riverbank, situated down a Dorset country lane. Set amongst fields, the tranquil, peaceful surroundings make the accommodation perfect for those who want to get away. Devoid from light pollution, the sweeping skies make it an ideal spot for star gazing. The Jurassic Coast is only a short drive, with beautiful coastal walks. A perfect break!
