Located minutes from DFW our lot is wooded and backs up to a beautiful green belt! 20 minutes from denton and 25 minutes to downtown we are centrally located between 3 major cities in DFW metroplex!

Nice house in a very safe and peaceful neighborhood located in-between major highways I-35 and 114. I'm an easy going guy and very respectful. The house is located near the Texas motor speedway, 20 min from the airport, close to major roads. The bedroom is private, comfortable, with a closet and desktop. Parking space are available in the driveway and the street. 1 shared bathroom. No laundry room nor kitchen access.
