The property which was built in 1920 is a second storey flat in a tenement block. There are shops on the ground floor and flats on 1st and 2nd floors. Unfortunately there is no elevator as the close is still more or less original. It is Set in falkirk town centre surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and laundrettes.
