Renovated 2 bedroom house located next to Meadia Heights Golf Course. This home offers hardwood floors, 2 full baths, private patio and a decorative stone fireplace. House is conveniently located within minutes of historical Lancaster city where you can discover quaint shops, interesting restaurants and an eclectic farmers market. Both bedrooms and both baths are located on the first floor. The Cottage accepts dogs with prior approval. Cats are only accepted for long stays with prior approval.

Less than 10 mins to Millersville Univ. Vey quiet surroundings away from traffic. Outdoor deck use. We are a vegetable and flower farm. We are following all state and AirBnB standards for cleaning and sanitizing.

It is centrally located just 1 block to Central market, Fulton Theater, the Ware Center and 2 blocks from Penn square and the Convention center. It is also convenient to Franklin & Marshall College and Lancaster Theological Seminary. There is one off street parking spot paid for in the Prince St parking garage for the number of nights staying in the apartment .

There is a separate entrance with outdoor patio space to relax and enjoy the beauty around you. You could even take a dip in your own hot tub and watch the stars at night. Lots of beautiful nearby hiking, mountain biking and the Susquehanna river boat launch is only 1 mile away.

Our home away from home is set up for families, couples, and small groups of people wanting to explore Lancaster County. Relax and enjoy late-night talks, games, movies, or just sit on the front porch and watch the Amish buggies go by. Within minutes to most Lancaster County attractions like Sight & Sound (4.5 miles - 9 mins.), Dutch Wonderland (3.5 miles - 7 mins), and Hersheypark (35 miles - 50 mins).

The Penny House was once a carriage house for horses; years later the second floor was converted into two unique living spaces.
