The minimal cabin is tucked in the trees and set up for families and friends, pet & kid-friendly. 10-15 Minutes to Mount Snow 10-15 Minutes to Downtown Wilmington This is a country house, not a boutique hotel :) If booking during winter or spring months, we HIGHLY recommend a 4wd vehicle as the weather can cause some tough road conditions (snow/mud).

Rustic Cabin in foothills of Green Mountains

Rennsli Cabin is off grid + nestled on a forested plateau in the foothills of the Green Mountains. You will feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, unplugged and able to regenerate. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, water, coffee, tea, milk, fresh eggs + homemade soap. It has an indoor compost toilet, outhouse + outdoor shower (May-Oct) Most seasons, the cabin is 100ft from parking, but weather conditions may require an 800 ft walk from parking at main house.

The Brook House Vermont is set back in the trees and unbelievably cozy. It's a place to reconnect while listening to the brook. To enjoy big meals, conversations, and games by the fireplace. There's skiing mins away at Mount Snow, swimming at Harriman Reservoir, as well as hiking, golf, mountain biking, antiquing, breweries, and some of the best food VT has to offer!

Property features a long rolling hill perfect for sleigh riding or 75' slip n slide, tennis court, firepit, and 5 acres of Green Mountain Nat'l forest and brook. Home has 3 bedrooms + loft area.. 5 miles to Mount Snow, and minutes to golf course, bars/restaurants and lakes. This house is action packed inside and out with hot tub, 200' zipline and "unlock the box" scavenger hunt.

Dog are not allowed to sleep in the beds . 2 dogs per stay is strictly subject to approval .
