Approximately 5 minutes walk from the town center and shops we are also just a short drive away from Tekapo Springs and Round Hill ski area. The property features a patio, multiple aircon and heat pump units as well as spectacular views. With two queen beds, two king singles and a high chair & port-a-cot available on request, suitable for both families and friends.

All three bedrooms upstairs have en-suites, accessed through dining room and private balcony that receives all day and evening sun, with stunning views along the length of Lake Tekapo. A bunk room downstairs has been added - perfect for the children. The house was designed by Colin McLaren, who designed the famous Lake Tekapo Foot Bridge.

This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning often with beautiful sunsets. We are a 5 mins drive to Greymouth and it is 1 km neat to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.
