Located next to our office and with your own carpark, you are just a short stroll to the central city, tourist attractions, transport hubs, nature walks, restaurants, bars and cafes.

Welcome to our newly renovated studio. We are located on the border of Hataitai and Roseneath and enjoy fantastic views over the harbour nestled in native bush.
