Lower level has a bedroom with queen bed and bunkbeds, living room, and full bath with laundry. This home is nestled in quaint Port Bay with panoramic water views. This 1952 cottage just had a 2year rebuild and restoration. The new open floor plan features several spaces for reading, and views of Port bay and Lake Ontario. It’s a short walk (100yds?) from a public beach on Lake Ontario and includes a 60’ dock on Port bay w/ 2 kayaks. The place has good WiFi, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, etc. a small utility room has a washer, dryer for laundry.
