Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

A stylish and well located 2-level loft apartment

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property, enjoying extensive views from two balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, opening to the large balcony with a gas barbecue. Another staircase takes you to a master bedroom, ensuite and second balcony. The ensuite bathroom includes a large spa bath and washer/dryer. There is a television on each level and a Sonos sound system throughout.

Private, beautiful and bright studio apartment just five minutes walk to Bronte beach. Situated above our garage in a quiet cul de sac with unrestricted parking. The Studio has it's own private entrance - come and go as you please! Our enviable location is perfect with or without a car, with public transport, amazing Cafe's, Restaurants and Convenience Stores just two minutes away on foot. Boasting a modern shower room and kitchenette, it comfortably sleeps two in a Queen size bed. WIFI.

Everyone who stays comments on how calm and zen the studio feels. The open-plan space features a well-equipped kitchen at one end and a comfortable living and sleeping area at the other. There’s a separate bathroom with a shower and laundry facilities for your convenience. Off the kitchen, a door opens to a small private patio — perfect for morning coffee or quiet relaxation. You’ll enjoy full privacy throughout the studio. The space is very private and quiet with afternoon sun.

Bronte studio apartment close to beach

A self-contained, spacious and light-filled studio in beautiful Bronte. This apartment is only a short walk to Bronte beach and just around the block from a small supermarket as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Coogee and famous Bondi beach are also close-by yet the studio is set in a peaceful location amongst trees. There is a private entrance from the back lane but we live in the house across the garden so are generally available to help with your questions.
