Welcome to this stunning residence on 30A, just outside of Alys Beach. This beautiful townhome offers pure luxury for the most discerning guests. Three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms offer comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 10 upstairs. Downstairs you will find a large living room, cozy dining area, a well equipped kitchen with Wolf and SubZero appliances, and a two car garage to keep your vehicles out of the sun. Community pool access and beach access are both included.

Welcome to The Swell Club! We have everything you need for a fun stay on 30A: a large balcony for morning coffee, a fully-equipped kitchen, two king beds and a pullout sofa, smart TVs, an inviting and airy living area, and a new 6-seat golf cart you can use to get around the 30A! We are about a 30-second walk to the large and friendly resort pool, and a quick zip to the most beautiful beaches in the country. Entertainment, restaurants, and shops are just across the street at The Big Chill.

PoolsideHaven30A is our 3BR/2.5BA townhome in Prominence, between Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A. Heated Pool and More We are next to the 5,000 sq. ft. zero-entry heated pool and a 2-minute walk to The Big Chill. Fall is the easy season here: fewer crowds, still-warm Gulf into October, and the pool is heated steps from the door. Five bikes, a beach tent, and chairs are included. Sleeps 8/9. Self-managed by Robert and Kim — this is our only rental, and we take care of our guests.

Beachfront Blessing is located on a quiet, dead-end street next to Deer Lake State Park. This complex of 17 townhouses completed an exterior upgrade in 2021 with new paint and railings. This home was totally renovated by noted designer Ashley Gilbreath.
