This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide garage parking from March 2023. I can give you passes for the street parking. Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Sit back on the comfy leather lounge and enjoy watching Foxtel on the large screen television. We have a lovely swimming pool which you are welcome to use. It is always pleasant sitting outside the Granny Flat enjoying your early morning cuppa listening to the birds.
