It's the perfect location to explore the Apple Capital Loop Trail, Pybus Farmer's Market, Mission Ridge (20 minute drive), and Wine country. KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

It is literally next door to the University of Washington (Husky Stadium), steps away from Lake Washington and the Arboretum water front trails, the historic Seattle Yacht Club, and 10 min from downtown Seattle by car, the LINK light rail, or bus.

"Cozy Mountain Cabin" is stocked with everything you will need for a relaxing weekend, including a gorgeous kitchen with a gas range stove. We have a generously sized outdoor hot tub and a gas fireplace in the living room. The cabin is a two bedroom, the primary bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed and the pull out sofa has a full size bed. Main bathroom has stand up shower.

This private, cozy cottage is perched on a hillside offering mountain and pastoral views to the west, with a private, custom waterfall bath and queen bed. There are 5 acres of mountain and sea views, extensive Japanese gardens, ponds, fir and cedar groves. This is a peaceful place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). National Forest and Park trails are ten minutes away.
