Highland Hideaway

This unique and beautiful craftsman home, originally built in 1917, is a piece of history with original hardwoods throughout and just the right combination of modern updates and classic craftsman charm. Our efficiency has a private entrance, full bathroom, king bed and living room space. Coffee maker, microwave, hair dryer and mini frig are in suite, with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board available in laundry room on site. Easy access to fenced backyard and fire pit. We are pet friendly!

Take a break and relax in this beautiful freshly renovated space. It is very convenient and easily accessible from I-81 or anywhere in Bristol! Located only minutes from the Hard Rock Bristol Casino, Bristol Motor Speedway and many other area attractions. The place is small but cozy and very clean at an unbeatable price. This cozy little apartment is located on the end of a home(divided by a garage) with plenty of privacy, and a private entrance. *Includes a private entrance and parking space

Ruby's Rest

NO CLEANING FEES. NO TO DO LISTS BEFORE CHECKING OUT. NO PET FEES. Cozy, private one room cottage (with bathroom), run by a loving, easy-going, non-judging family. Cottage measures 12' x 24' (total of 288sq. feet). Very relaxed environment. Flat rate of $50.00. UPDATE: Deck is now enclosed with old window panes. Super cozy. Has a sink with hot/old water, a hot plate, large toaster oven, and utensils. I am am still putting finishing touches on it, but available for use. Pictures soon.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

Alvarado Cabin on the river and Creeper Trail

**THIS CABIN IS NOT LOCATED ON THE MAIN PROPERTY**Our Big Rock Cabin, is tucked along the riverside near Alvarado Station, on an acre of private property. Enjoy easy access to the Creeper Trail, which runs right alongside the river, through the property. A 2 bedroom cabin that boasts a well-stocked kitchen, a family room/dining area, oven, dishwasher, AC/heat, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. A large, partially covered porch with a gas grill, has gates on both entrances to help keep children/pets safe.

Our Greenway Suite is a beautifully renovated apartment overlooking Main St. Centrally located in a very old building and within walking distance to everything you would want to see in Downtown Abingdon. Stocked with the best amenities and all the comfort you would need to just stay in and enjoy the experience of this classic old building if you'd prefer! With a new and modern flair this large suite gives you comfort and charm while providing a clean, spacious, private and comfortable stay.

Easy Living is a quiet home in the country that sits directly beside the South Fork of the Holston River. It is halfway between the trail town of Damascus and historic Abingdon. The Virginia Creeper Trail is conveniently located just across the bridge at the end of the driveway and is the perfect place to hike, bike, or walk with the family. Fishing is available along the river bank or just relax on the private gazebo. All of the conveniences of home with much more relaxation!
